Gabriel Linger has always had a keen interest in the human body and how it works. Frequent sport injuries growing up had him seeing a wide range of practitioners including Osteopathy - and has been enamoured with all things Osteopathic since
After completing his Masters in Osteopathy from Victoria University in 2015, Gabriel worked in Melbourne for a year before moving to Canada to study a more functional approach at the Gray Institute in Michigan, USA. In Canada he was based at an Osteopathic practice in Calgary, and was mentored by Osteopath and world leader in scoliosis treatment, Edward Paget. While in Alberta he was introduced to local First Nations groups through a healing ceremony and has continued to explore Indigenous and other alternative healing philosophies and practices.
Now settled in Naramata, BC, Gabriel tries to spend as much time as he can outdoors, when he’s not doting on his son and wife.
Gabriel is committed to helping all his clients get to the top of their game. Whether it’s a particular sport, yoga, hiking or just moving better without pain, he strives to equip each person with the education and tools necessary to achieve their goals.

Jamie Stuckel is a dedicated wellness practitioner with extensive training in Somatic Movement Education (SME). Self-motivated by nature and her own journey of overcoming lifelong back pain, Jamie empowers clients to reclaim their vitality to live pain-free. Her SME training is based on the pioneering work of Dr. Thomas Hanna, who developed Clinical Somatic Education to retrain the nervous system, release tension, and improve mobility and well-being.
Jamie challenges conventional views on aging by emphasizing a holistic approach that addresses both physical and energetic dimensions of well-being. “It was clear to me at a very young age that my health was a direct result of my choices. I knew that I wanted to live a healthy life.”
Meeting Jamie feels like bumping into an old friend you hadn’t realized you were missing. Her warmth and open demeanour align perfectly with her practice. In addition to being a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with specialized training in Yin and Chair Yoga, Jamie is also trained in Access Bars. She is excited to share her somatic education and holistic approach to better health.
Whether you’re an athlete, yoga enthusiast, or just seeking to move without pain, SME is for everyone. All life events and experiences shape physical patterns in the body, and SME helps address and improve these patterns. All you need is a mat, a willingness to learn and a desire for better health
