Ula Czumaj
Originally from northern Poland, Ula is an Osteothai practitioner, certified Thai Massage Therapist, and RYT-200 Ashtanga yoga teacher. Since first studying yoga in Rishikesh, India, in 2018, her path has taken her all around Asia, Europe and the Americas where she teaches, plays, learns, and exploring different approaches to movement, healing, and wellbeing.
While living in Sumba, Indonesia in 2019 Ula was introduced to traditional Indonesian bodywork. The experience re-sparked a fascination with bodywork and a visceral remembering of touch. In 2020, she met her teacher Pau Castellsagué, who introduced her to Osteothai: a practice that weaves osteopathic listening with the rhythms of Thai bodywork. His work profoundly shaped her approach and deepened her understanding of bodywork as both an art and a practice of presence.
Drawing from Osteothai, traditional Thai massage, yoga, and mindfulness, Ula’s sessions combine rhythmic movement, stretching, compression, and gentle mobilizations in a way that is both grounding and meditative. She is particularly drawn to the quiet dialogue that emerges during a treatment practitioner and client moving together through breath, rhythm, and attentive touch.
Clients often appreciate not only the physical benefits of the work, but also the quality of presence Ula brings to each session. With curiosity, warmth, and careful attention, she creates a space where people can slow down, breathe more deeply, and reconnect with themselves. Whether supporting recovery, easing long-held tension, or simply offering a moment of rest, her sessions are rooted in deep attention and care.
For Ula, bodywork is not about fixing. It is about meeting people where they are and supporting the body’s natural capacity for balance, resilience, and ease. Off the mat, she’s a poet, tennis player, nature enthusiast, and a total cat lady.

Gabriel Linger BSc (Osteo), MSc (Osteo)
Gabriel Linger has always had a keen interest in the human body and how it works. Frequent sport injuries growing up had him seeing a wide range of practitioners including Osteopathy - and has been enamoured with all things Osteopathic since
After completing his Masters in Osteopathy from Victoria University in 2015, Gabriel worked in Melbourne for a year before moving to Canada to study a more functional approach at the Gray Institute in Michigan, USA. In Canada he was based at an Osteopathic practice in Calgary, and was mentored by Osteopath and world leader in scoliosis treatment, Edward Paget. While in Alberta he was introduced to local First Nations groups through a healing ceremony and has continued to explore Indigenous and other alternative healing philosophies and practices.
Now settled in Naramata, BC, Gabriel tries to spend as much time as he can outdoors, when he’s not doting on his son and wife.
Gabriel is committed to helping all his clients get to the top of their game. Whether it’s a particular sport, yoga, hiking or just moving better without pain, he strives to equip each person with the education and tools necessary to achieve their goals.
